On motion same pas riven first cassage upon the call of the roll: Yeas:
Hannin, Boyd, Brooks, Choate, Cochran, Ltunbar, Rieke and Yopp. (1).
On motion the rules were duspended and ordinance read by title upon the
call of the roll: Yeas: Hannin, Boyd, Brooks, Choate, Cochran, Dunbar, Rieke and
Xopp-. (S).
On motion same was riven second and final passage upon the call of the
roll: Yeas: +tannin, Boyd, Brooks, Choate, Cochran, Dunbar, Rieke and Yopp. (8).
Same read an ordinance entitled "AH ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING
