At a regular meeting of the -Board of,;AldorM09,-ild on the Third Floor of the
City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, June the 1st, 1925, President Hannin
called the meeting to order, and upon the call of the roll the following answered to
Cochran,
their names: Hannin, Boyd, Brooks, Choate, Rieke and Yopp. (7).
Member Rieke read an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE LICENSING
Carnivals, OF U+RNIV.:LS AND STREET FAIRS,PROVIDING A LICENSE THEREFOR AND FR-CSC'IIBING A PENALTY

On motion same was given first passage upon the call of the roll: Yeas:

On motion the rules were suspended and ordinance read by title upon the call
