the tornado sufferers, same to be charged to the General Charity Fund. Adopted on the

Black & Veatch.
Engineers, for service mentioned in contract, in connection with the lateral sewer
construction, I move that the recommendation of said special committee, be con-
curred in and the Mayor be directed to execute the contract submitted. Adopted
