At a regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen hold on the Third Floor
of tr:e City Rall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, November the 17th, 1924, the
Board was called to order by President Cole.
Upon the call of the roll the following answered to their namos: Cole,
Alliston, Brooks, Cochran, Dunbar, Rieke and Yopp. (7).
On motion the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Member Cochran offered motion that Mr. G. I,% Dunbar, the newly elected
G.":.Dunbar Alderman, elected to fill the unexpired term of W. B. Kennedy, be accorded a seat

.lderean. in the Board of Aldermen and his Certificate of Election filed. Adopted on the call
of the roll: Yeas (7).
Member Rieke offered motion that the City Treasurer be authorized to
Tobacco make refund of ,;16.26 to the Tobacco By -Products Corporation of Louisville, Ky.

Same offered motion that Contractors, Rouse & !;'hittemore, be allowed

the money paid in by property oviners on Contract No. 2 in the amount of $2461.66.

Member Cochran offered motion to concur in the recommendation of the Police
& Fire Committee, that the resolution passed by the General Council that the Chief
