At a regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen held on the Third Floor of the
City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, Monday, September the 15th, 1924, Pros.
Cole called the meeting to order. Upon the call of the roll the following answered
to their names: Cole, Alliston, Brooks, Cochran, Davis, Rieke and Yopp. (7).
The minutes of the previous meeting was adopted as read.

Member Brooks offered motion to concur in the action of the Board of Councilmen

City Jail. In regard to the City Solicitor bringing in an ordinance allowing the City Jailer
