At a regular meeting of the Board of Councilmen to be held on the Third
Floor of the City Rall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, April the 18th, 1927, the
-eetinrt was called to order by the Clerk,.and as there was no quorum present, the meeting
ai.tourned until Tuesday night, April the 19th, 1927, at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
