At a meeting of the Board of Councilmen hold on the Third Floor of the City
Hall, in the city of raducah , Ky., June the 15th, 1925, President Riglesberger prosided.
Upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Riglesbergor,
Cochran, Crider, Fleming, Hummel, Johnston, Kerth, Mason, Owen, Stewart and Watts. (11).
