At a meeting, of the General Council hold on the Third Floor of the City Hall
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, June the lst, 1925, President Rgilosberger called
the meeting to order, and upon the call of the roll the following answered to their
names: Riglesberger, uochran, Crider, Fleming, Holt, Hummel, Johnston, Kerth, Mason
Owen, Stewart and Watts. (12).
Upon motion minutes of the last regular meeting dere adopted as read.
On motion minutes of the call meeting of May 20th, were adopted as read.
Member Hummel offered motion as follows: That Bonds in the amount of
Bonds printed
G.,'.Katterjohn X9272.58 covering the 10. year agreement signed by property owners on G. 7% Katterjohn,
Contract No. 3.
Jr., Contract ito. 3, be ordered printed and executed according to law, and the
Treasurer be authorized to make final settlement with said contractor after sale of
said ussue. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (12).
Same offered notion that the Treasurer be authorized to pay to contractor
G. W. Katterjohn, Jr., the sum of }p4091.35, the balance due on cash paid in by
G.'7.Katterjohn,Jr. property owners on contract No. 3, charging same to the Special 6treot Improvement
Fund. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (12).
Same offered motion that the pay rolls and cltims approved by the Finance
Committee be allowed and the Clerk authorized to issue proper warrant on the
Treasurer charging the respective departments as shovn therein:
