HomeMy WebLinkAbout2002-4-6497251 ORDINANCE NO. 2002-4-6497 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1530, 1532, AND 1536 LONE OAK ROAD & 601, 631, AND 701 MCAULEY DRIVE, AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution passed by the Paducah Planning Commission on March 13, 2002, and entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1530, 1532 & 1536 LONE OAK ROAD & 601, 631 AND 701 MCAULEY DRIVE," be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification and the map amendment proposed in said resolution be, and the same are hereby, declared to be in agreement with the comprehensive plan of the City of Paducah. SECTION 3 That the zone classification of the following described property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-4, PUD (High Density Residential Zone) to HM (Hospital Medical Zone): BEING A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF INTERSTATE HIGHWAY I-24 AND THE LONE OAK ROAD OR U.S. HIGHWAY 45 IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, McCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING WHERE THE CENTER LINE OF INTERSTATE HIGHWAY I-24 INTERSECTS THE CENTER LINE OF THE LONE OAK ROAD OR U.S. HIGHWAY 45; THENCE FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING PROCEED N. 56°-26'-51" E. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
