A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE PROPOSED ARTWORK
DESIGN FOR THE WATER TANK LOCATED BETWEEN MILE MARKERS
ELEVEN (11) AND SIXTEEN (16) ON INTERSTATE -24 IN MCCRACKEN
COUNTY AT THE REQUEST OF PADUCAH WATER AND MCCRACKEN
COUNTY FISCAL COURT
WHEREAS, Paducah Water is the owner of a water tank located between
mile markers eleven (11) and sixteen (16) on Interstate -24 in Paducah, McCracken
County, Kentucky; and
WHEREAS, McCracken County (the "County") desires to undertake the
design and painting of new artwork on said water tank; and
WHEREAS, Paducah Water is agreeable to the painting of the artwork in
accordance with the terms of the Agreement for Artwork Installation between the County
and Paducah Water (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of the Agreement, Paducah
Water and the County have requested written approval of the artwork from the Paducah
City Commission; and

KENTUCKY:
WHEREAS, the City now desires to approve said artwork design for the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby approves the artwork
design for the water tank generally located between mile markers eleven (11) and sixteen
(16) as attached hereto and made part hereof (Exhibit A).
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
