A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1331 BROADWAY TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE FOR

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the donation of real
property located at 1331 Broadway, Paducah, KY, owned by Computer Services, Inc.
(CSI) for use by the Police Department. The parcel (1331 Broadway) is directly across
the street from the Police Department and would allow for the creation of more parking
spaces.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of
Conveyance between Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) and the City of Paducah to transfer
the real property to the City.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
