A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
APPLICATION FOR A 2020 KENTUCKY FIRE COMMISSION THERMAL IMAGING
GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,200 FOR PURCHASE OF A THERMAL VISION
SYSTEM, ACCEPTING ANY GRANT FUNDS AWARDED BY THE KENTUCKY FIRE
COMMISSION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS
RELATED TO SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application to obtain
a Kentucky Fire Commission Thermal Imaging Grant application in the amount of $3,200 (one-
half of the purchase price of a thermal vision system). The remaining purchase price will be
charged to the Fire Equipment Account, #1000-1802-540130.
SECTION 2. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes the acceptance of any
and all grant funds awarded by the Kentucky Fire Commission and authorizes the Mayor to
execute the Grant Agreement and all related documents.
SECTION 3. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
