A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT WITH SPROCKET, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $40,000 FOR
MAKER SPACE AND ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Sprocket, Inc. in the amount of $40,000 payable in one annual installment, for
providing maker space and entrepreneurial development services. This contract shall
expire June 30, 2021.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Investment Fund,
Account No. ED 0115 24000401-523070
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be effective from and after the
date of its adoption.
