Home My WebLink AboutMO #2386MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 2386 A MUNICIPAL ORDER REPEALING THE PREVIOUS FY2020-2021 PAY GRADE SCHEDULE IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ADOPTING A NEW FY2020-2021 PAY GRADE SCHEDULE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Municipal Order No. 2349 on June 24, 2020, approving the FY2020-2021 Pay Grade Schedule; and WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 2020-3-8627 approving a professional services agreement with CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services for a Classification and Compensation Study; and WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to repeal the previous Pay Grade Schedule for FY2020-2021 and adopt a new Pay Grade Schedule to reflect the adjustments recommended from the results of the compensation study. BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby repeals the FY2020-2021 Pay Grade Schedule in its entirety and further adopts a new FY2020-2021 Pay Grade Schedule for the employees of the City of Paducah, Kentucky as attached hereto and made part hereof (Exhibit A). SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
