ORDINANCE NO. 2004-1-6747
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH
PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED ZONE CHANGE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
3150 PARISA DRIVE, AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO
EFFECT SUCH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution passed by the Paducah Planning Commission on
December 1, 2003, and entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE
PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 3150 PARISA DRIVE" be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting
the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification and the map amendment proposed in said
resolution be, and the same are hereby, declared to be in agreement with the comprehensive plan of the
City of Paducah.
SECTION 3. That the zone classification of the following described property be, and it
is hereby, changed from R-4, High Density Residential Zone to B-1, Convenience & Service Zone:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Parisa Drive 471 feet more or less from
Jackson Street;
thence South 17 degrees 03 minutes 59 seconds East for a distance of 25.00 feet
to a point in the right of way of said drive;
thence South 04 degrees 45 minutes 43 seconds East for a distance of 195.30 feet
with the west line of lot 4 of Executive Park Plaza;
thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes 56 seconds West for a distance of 104.52
feet with the north line of Paducah Medical Investors, LLC, property to a point;
thence North 04 degrees 45 minutes 05 seconds West for a distance of 159.93
feet with the east line of lot 5A of Executive Park Plaza;
thence North 19 degrees 45 minutes 53 seconds West for a distance of 25.00 feet
to a point in the centerline of Parisa Drive;
thence North 70 degrees 14 minutes 07 seconds East for a distance of 80.68 feet
with the centerline of said drive to a point;
thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 600.00 feet and an arc length
of 28.23 feet, being subtended by a chord of North 71 degrees 34 minutes 55
seconds East for a distance of 28.22 feet with the centerline of said drive to the
point of beginning containing 0.425 acres.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found
to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section,
paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the
purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof
separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS
