CONVEYANCE FOR ACQUISITION OF A PORTION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5275
BUCKNER LANE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance
between the City of Paducah and Stephen W. Luigs, M.D. and his wife, Becky Luigs for
acquisition of a portion of property (3.1323 acres) located at 5275 Buckner Lane for the Pecan
Drive/Buckner Lane Roadway Improvement Project, for and in consideration of $62,000.00.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Pecan Dr/Buckner Lane Ext.
Right -of -Way acquisition account (ST0021).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
