A MUNICIPAL ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND THE
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, TRANSPORTATION CABINET, DEPARTMENT OF
HIGHWAYS IN THE AMOUNT OF $650,000 FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO SOUTH 25TH
STREET
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby ratify and adopt all
statements, representations, warranties, covenants, and agreements contained in said Agreement
with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways and
does hereby accept the funds provided in said agreement and by such acceptance agrees to all the
terms and conditions therein stated.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Agreement, authorized in Section 1 above, as set forth on behalf of the
City of Paducah, and the City Clerk of Paducah is hereby authorized and directed to certify
thereto.
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be effective from and after the date of
its adoption.
