A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING THE McCRACKEN COUNTY
AREA SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN 2013-2017 UPDATE
WHEREAS, McCracken County fiscal Court is required by KRS 224.43-
340 and KRS 224.43-345 to submit an update of the area solid waste management plan;
and
W' WHEREAS, the McCracken County Solid Waste Management Area is
governed by the McCracken County Fiscal Court; and
WHEREAS, the McCracken County Solid Waste Management Plan 2013-
2017 Update sets the agenda for implementation of solid waste reduction and
management for the years inclusive of 2013-2017; and
WHEREAS, a Public Comment period on the McCracken County Solid
Waste Management Plan 2013-2017 Update was conducted in the County.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby adopts the McCracken
County Solid Waste Management Plan 2013-2017 Update and supports its Action Plan,
Implementation Plan and associated activities.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order shall be effective from and after the
date of its adoption.
