A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1400 MARTIN LUTHER KING JR DRIVE TO
HUTCHESON PROPERTIES, LLC DBA 5H TECHNOLGIES FOR COMMERICAL
DEVELOPMENT, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF ONE
DOLLAR ($1.00), AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
QUITCLAIM DEED FOR SAME
WHEREAS, pursuant to 2-668 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, a written determination has been made by the City Manager that the
City does not have any use at this time or in the future for property located at 1401
Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, which constitutes surplus real estate.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby approves the transfer of real
property located at 1401 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to Hutcheson Properties, LLC
DBA 5H Technologies commercial development, for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00).
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Quit -Claim
Deed and any necessary documents relating to same to transfer the real property to
Hutcheson Properties, LLC.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
