A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT
APPLICATION TO OBTAIN A 2019-2020 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE
ACCOUNTABILITY GRANT, THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $11,280.00, TO BE USED BY THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR
THE PURCHASE OF HAND-HELD RADIOS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby approves the execution of a grant
application to obtain a 2019-2020 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Accountability Grant,
through the U.S. Department of Justice, in the amount of $11,280.00, to be used by the Paducah
Police Department toward the purchase of five hand held radios. This grant does not require a
local cash match.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
