HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO # 1681MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1681 A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $13,020.00 FROM THE COMMISSION CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET TO BE USED FOR CITY'S PORTION TO RECEIVE A 2011 HAZARDOUS MITIGATION GRANT BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to transfer $13,020.00, from the Commission Contingency account to the Fire Department's HMGP-Generator project account FI0026 or account number 040-1802-522-2307 account to be used as matching funds to receive the 2011 Hazardous Mitigation grant. Local matching funds in the amount of $13,020. SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption. ATTEST: Tammara S.
