A MUNICIPAL ORDER RATIFYING THE MAYOR'S EXECUTION
OF A TENNESSEE RIVERLINE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH THE
MCCRACKEN COUNTY FISCAL COURT AND THE TENNESSEE RIVERLINE IN
ORDER TO FULFILL THE TASKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PILOT COMMUNITY
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah and McCracken County Fiscal Court
applied to become a Pilot Community in the Tennessee Riverline Pilot Community
Program as authorized by a Joint Resolution passed on March 26, 2019; and
WHEREAS, Paducah and McCracken County have been awarded the
designation of Pilot Community; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to ratify the Mayor's execution of a
Partnership Agreement with the McCracken County Fiscal Court and the Tennessee
Riverline Partnership to outline and fulfill the tasks associated with the Pilot Community
Program.
KENTUCKY:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners hereby ratifies the
Mayor's execution of a Tennessee Riverline Partnership Agreement with the McCracken
County Fiscal Court and the Tennessee Riverline in order to fulfill the tasks associated
with the Pilot Community Program.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
