A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING AN APPLICATION AND ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH PLANNING DEPARTMENT
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE PADUCAH ART HOUSE ALLIANCE (PAHA) TO APPLY
FOR A LINDA AND JERRY BRUCKHEIMER PRESERVATION FUND FOR KENTUCKY
GRANT IN AN AMOUNT OF $10,000, FOR THE COLUMBIA THEATER ROOF
RESTORATION
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby approves an application and all
documents necessary for the Planning Department, in partnership with the Paducah Art House
Alliance (PAHA) to apply for a Linda and Jerry Bruckheimer Preservation Fund for Kentucky
grant in an amount of $10,000, for the Columbia Theater roof restoration. The request is in the
amount of $10,000. The 50150 match will be provided by the Paducah Art House Alliance and
combined with a $32,500 roof stabilization grant from the City of Paducah. No local match will
be provided by the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the application and all
documents necessary for a Linda and Jerry Bruckheimer Preservation Fund for Kentucky grant,
approved in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
