HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO #2212A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE COMMISSION RESERVE FUND TO THE KRESGE DEMOLITION PROJECT ACCOUNT IN AN AMOUNT OF $600,000 FOR EMERGENCY DEMOLITION OF THE KRESGE BUILDING BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to transfer $600,000, from the Commission Reserve fund to the Kresge Demolition Project Account #MR0073 for funding for the emergency demolition of the Kresge Building. SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
