ORDINANCE NO. 2007-12-7375
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF MINTER ROOFING FOR
REPLACEMENT OF THE ROOF FOR FIRE STATION #5, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid of Minter Roofing, in the
amount of $63,575.00 for replacement of the roof for Fire Station #5, said bid being in
substantial compliance with the bid specifications, advertisement for bid, and as contained in the
bid of Minter Roofing, of November 5, 2007.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with Minter Roofing for replacement of the roof for Fire Station #5, as authorized in
Section 1 above, pursuant to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Project # PF0046.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
