AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PAPER SUPPLIES, INC. FOR
SALE TO THE CITY OF LEAF BAGS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of Paper Supplies, Inc., in the
total amount of $73,500.00, for leaf bags used by the Public Works Department, said bids being
in substantial compliance with bid specifications, and as contained in the bid of Paper Supplies,
Inc., of August 1, 2007.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract
with Paper Supplies, Inc., for sale to the City of the material authorized in Section 1 above.

SECTION 3. The expenditure shall be processed through the Bulk Brush & Leaf
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
