A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR AND
ACCEPTANCE OF A 2018 AREA DEVELOPMENT FUND AWARD THROUGH THE
KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR
COMPUTER EQUIPMENT FOR THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO
SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby authorizes the submission of an
application for a 2018 Development Fund Award through the Kentucky Department for Local
Government for reimbursement for computer equipment for the Information Technology
Department and authorizes the Mayor to execute all documents related to same.
SECTION 2. That the City of Paducah hereby accepts 2018 Development Fund
Award funds in the amount of $4,143.64 through the Kentucky Department for Local
Government for reimbursement for computer equipment for the Information Technology
Department and authorizes the Mayor to execute all documents related to same.
SECTION 3. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
