A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND
BACON, FARMER AND WORKMAN ENGINEERING & TESTING, INC., IN AN AMOUNT
OF $102,500 FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PARKS AND RECREATION MASTER
PLAN AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIONI. The City hereby authorizes and approves an Agreement for the
development of a Parks and Recreation Master Plan between the City and Bacon, Farmer and
Workman Engineering & Testing, Inc., in an amount of $102,500 and authorizes the Mayor to
execute the Agreement.
SECTION 2. The expenditure shall be charged to the Project PA0112 Account
4000-2401-5-2307-0.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
