A MUNICIPAL ORDER FOR ASSUMPTION OF THE OBLIGATIONS OF
PADUCAH WATER WORKS UNDER ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF
ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN PADUCAH WATER WORKS AND HENDRON
WATER DISTRICT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapters 96 and 106 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes,
the Honorable William F. Paxton, Mayor of the City of Paducah, is authorized to execute an
Assumption Certificate whereby the City of Paducah assumes and affirms the obligations of
Paducah Water Works under the Assignment and Assumption Agreement between Paducah
Water Works and Hendron Water District.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect on and after the date
approved by the Board of Commissioners of the Cit),
