HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO # 2142MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 2142 A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE LICENSE OF SOFTWARE AND THE PROCUREMENT OF RELATED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 2016-6-8373, the City and Tyler Technologies, Inc. executed a contract for Tyler to provide software and related products and services that will accommodate the City's data processing needs; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2018-6-8534 amended the contract to include 18 post implementation days from the initial RFP response to be shared across all six phases; and WHEREAS, the City now desires to amend the contract to allow for the $23,000 designated for conversions and forms to be used instead for 18 additional implementation days at a cost of $22,950. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The City Commission hereby approves an amendment to the contract with Tyler Technologies, Inc. in order to remove certain services related to conversions and forms and to add 18 Implementation days effectively decreasing the contract by $50.00. SECTION 2. The City Commission does hereby authorize and instruct the Mayor to execute the "Amendment" in behalf of the City. SECTION 3.
