A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH THE LUTHER F. CARSON FOUR RIVERS CENTER, INC. IN THE
AMOUNT OF $59,425 FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Luther F. Carson Four Rivers Center Inc. in the amount of $59,425.00, to be paid in quarterly
installments of $14,856.25 each, to provide an extensive youth performance schedule in
continuing with their tradition of the "Class Act" series. This contract shall expire June 30,
2019.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Investment Fund, Account
No. 24000401-580610.
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be effective from and after the date of
its adoption.
