A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR
TO PAY KENTUCKY LEAGUE OF CITIES FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION,
LIABILITY INSURANCE, AND PROPERTY INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THE
CITY OF PADUCAH AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS RELATED TO SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes the Finance
Director to pay Kentucky League of Cities in the total amount of $1,168,312.73 for
Workers' Compensation, Liability Insurance, and Property Insurance Coverage for the
City of Paducah for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2019, for the following policies:
Workers' Compensation $448,232.89
Liability Insurance $559,626.93
Property Insurance $160,452.91
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Insurance Fund
accounts.
SECTION 3. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes the Mayor to
execute all documents related to the Kentucky League of Cities Worker's Compensation,
Liability Insurance and Property Insurance Coverage for FY2019 as authorized in Section
1 above.
SECTION 4. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
