HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO # 2059MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 2059 A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A GRANT APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY, FOR A MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $216,000 FOR A HEAVY RESCUE TRUCK FOR THE PADUCAH FIRE DEPARTMENT BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application and all documents necessary through the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, for a matching grant in the amount of $216,000 for a heavy rescue truck for the Paducah Fire Department. Local cash match will be in the amount of $24,000. SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption. ATTEST: Tammara S.
