A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1111 SOUTH 3' STREET TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR $1,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONSIDERATION
CERTIFICATE IN THE DEED
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the real property
located at 1111 South 3rd Street from Raymond Coley in lieu of foreclosure for $1.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Consideration
Certificate in the Deed to accept the property approved in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
