A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
APPLICATION FOR A FIRE PREVENTION GRANT TO FM GLOBAL FOUNDATION IN
THE AMOUNT OF $2,500, FOR FUNDING TO BE USED TO ASSIST IN THE COST OF
THE ASSESSMENT TESTING/INTERVIEWS OF YOUTH IN THE JUVENILE
FIRESETTER INTERVENTION PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application to
obtain a Fire Prevention Grant to FM Global Foundation in the amount of $2,500, for funding to
to be used to assist in the cost of the assessment testing/interviews of youth in the Juvenile
Firesetter Intervention Program. A local cash match is not required.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
