A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1470
ENTITLED, "A MUNICIPAL ORDER SETTING NEW RENTAL RATES FOR THE
ROBERT CHERRY CIVIC CENTER (FORMERLY KNOWN AS JAYCEE CIVIC
CENTER)" TO ADJUST ALL RATES
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby amends the rental rates for the
Robert Cherry Civic Center as follows:
Full Day Rentals occurring Monday—Thursday
$J4-5 $440
Morning Rental 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Monday—Thursday
X90 $300
Evening Rental 3:00 p.m.—midnight, Monday—Thursday
X40 $350
All Rentals occurring Friday, Saturday or Sunday
$390 $500
Non -Profit Organizationful( l -day), Schools & School
Groups, Religious Organizations, State Government
Entities, and County Government Departments
QW $390
Additional Days: 2nd Day, add: $2-Fr5 $350
3rd Day, add: $2-Fr5. $350
Each Day thereafter, Add: $490 $300
Special Holiday Rental $585 $1000
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day,
New Years Eve, New Years Day
SECTION 2. The above rates will go into effect with any bookings made
after June 30, 2012.
SECTION 3. There shall be no free rentals except to City -related entities
or City -sponsored and/or participative activities.
SECTION 4. The Director of Parks Services is hereby authorized to
establish policies for reservations and use of the Robert Cherry Civic Center.
SECTION 5. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
