A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GRANT APPLICATION THROUGH METLIFE FOUNDATION AND THE LOCAL
INITIATIVES SUPPORT CORPORATION FOR A 2012 METLIFE FOUNDATION
COMMUNITY POLICE PARTNERSHIP -NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION AWARD
IN AN AMOUNT UP TO $30,000 FOR THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application in
partnership with the City of Paducah Planning and Police Departments and MidTown Alliance of
Neighbors through the MetLife Foundation and Local Initiatives Support Corporation, for a 2012
MetLife Foundation Community Police Partnership -Neighborhood Revitalization Award, in an
amount up to $30,000, to be used by the Paducah Police Department. No local match is required.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
