A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,000.00
FROM THE WALMART FOUNDATION FACILITY LEVEL GIVING PROGRAM FOR THE
PADUCAH FIRE DEPARTMENT TO CONTINUE FUNDING FOR THE JUVENILE
FIRESETTER INTERVENTION PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a Facility Level Giving Program grant in the amount of $1,000.00 from Wa1Mart
Foundation to continue funding for the Juvenile Fire Setter Intervention Program which is
offered through the Paducah Fire Department. No local match is required.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
