AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2011-6-7825,
ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2011,
THROUGH JUNE 30, 2012, BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT"
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to reappropriate funds for the 2011-
2012 budget which was adopted by Ordinance No. 2011-6-7825; and

SECTION 1. That the annual budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
2011, and ending June 30, 2012, be amended by a supplemental appropriation in the
amount of $1,582,680 to Fire Department line item.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be read on two Separate days and will
become effective upon publication pursuant to KR -,5, Chapter
