A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,200.00
FROM THE PURCHASE AREA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TO BE USED FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A DOG PARK TO BE LOCATED IN STUART NELSON PARK
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute all
documents necessary to obtain a grant in the amount of $5,200.00 from the Purchase Area
Development District to be used for construction of a dog park to be located in Stuart Nelson
Park. A local cash match is not required.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
