ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 9:00 a.m.,
Monday, April 15, 1991, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon
call of the roll, the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Taylor, that the executed copies of the Notice
of Called Meeting to be held at 9:00 a.m., Monday, April 15,
1991, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll,
yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby Taylor and
Mayor Montgomery (5).
Tom Keuler discussed the following subjects with
the Commission:
1) Proposed E911 Interlocal Agreement between the \$
City and County
2) Stinespring Subdivision Sewers, etc. (Herpell
property)
3) Joe Shane (Nautilis Club Annexation & Sewers)
4) Lee Powell and payment of advalorem taxes on
old Sears and Woolworth Buildings
5) Blues Festival at riverfront this summer and
payment to City by promoter; bond amount
6) Clayton Wagner situation
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Taylor offered motion, seconded by \
Commissioner Coleman, that the Board of Commissioners go L
into Executive Session for discussions which might lead to
the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual
employee, and to discuss litigation. Adopted on call of the
roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor
and Mayor Montgomery (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the
Board reconvened in open session, whereupon the Mayor called
1 the meeting back to order.
DEVELOPMENT OF DOWNTOWN PADUCAH
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Taylor, that the Board of Commissioners submit
to the McCracken County Fiscal Court (Judge and

Commissioners) a letter from Mayor Montgomery dated April
15, 1991, concerning development of downtown Paducah.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman,
Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
