At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 3:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, March 3, 1992, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon
call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to
their names: Commissioners Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor
and Mayor Montgomery
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Feezor offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Grumley, that the executed copies of the Notice of
Called Meeting to be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 3, 1992,
be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Feezor offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Grumley, that the Board of Commissioners go into
Executive Session for discussions which might lead to the
appointment, discipline orldismissal of an individual employee.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Feezor,
Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board
reconvened in Open Session, whereupon the Mayor announced there
was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.

Tuesday, March 3, 1992, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon
call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to
their names: Commissioners Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor
and Mayor Montgomery (5).

VIDEO DIALTONE RULING
Allie Morgan, CATV Consultant, discussed the Video
Dialtone FCC Filing with the Commission and handed out a letter
written to the Mayor from Carney Allen on this subject, along
with an attached copy of the filing. Mayor Montgomery and City
` Clerk Lenita Smith signed the requested form after adoption of
J the following motion:
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Feezor, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to sign and file with the Federal Communications Commission a
petition stating the City of Paducah's position regarding the
Video Dialtone Ruling. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
