A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE BID OF JENNY HARI-
KEELING AND SETH KEELING IN THE AMOUNT OF $50 PLUS RECORDING FEES
FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2400 SPRUCE STREET AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS NECESSARY
TO COMPLETE THE SALE
WHEREAS, pursuant to 2-668 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, a written determination has been made by the City Manager that the City
does not have any use at this time or in the future for real property located at 2400 Spruce
Street, which constitutes surplus real estate; and
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids on October 30, 2016 and opened bids
on November 9, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to accept the offer of Seth and Jenny Keeling for
construction of a single family dwelling.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid of Seth and Jenny
Keeling for the purchase of real property located at 2400 Spruce Street for $50 plus recording
fees.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and any
__ necessary documents relating to same to complete the sale of the real property approved in
Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
