A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $27,800 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE NOBLE PARK TENNIS COURT RESTROOMS
ACCOUNT FOR THE NOBLE PARK TENNIS COURT RESTROOM FACILITY
PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $27,800, from the Commission Contingency fund to the Noble Park Tennis court
Restrooms account for the Noble Park Tennis Court Restrooms account for the Noble
Park Tennis Court Restroom Facility Project.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
