AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH PADUCAH JUNIOR COLLEGE, INC. FOR THE COMMUNITY
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRA'Ni
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION I . That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Paducah Junior College, Inc. in the amount of $125,000 for the Community
Scholarship Program. This contract shall expire June 30, 2017.
SECTION 2. 'This expenditure shall be charged to the Investment Fund
account/Project 004-0401-536-2307.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon sumruary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
