A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE BID OF LATRIA HENSLEY
IN THE AMOUNT OF $1 FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1908 CLAY STREET
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED AND ALL OTHER
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE SALE
WHEREAS, pursuant to 2-668 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, a written determination has been made by the City Manager that the City
does not have any use at this time or in the future for real property located at 1908 Clay
Street, which constitutes surplus real estate; and

WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids on July 17, 2016 and opened on July
WHEREAS, the City desires to accept the offer of Ms. Hensley due to her
proposed investment to place a. n-iodular home with permanent foundation and a two -car
garage on the real properties and includes property improvements such as gutters,
downspouts, and sidewalks.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Tliat the City of Paducah accepts the bid of Latria Hensley in
the amount of $1 for the purchase of real property located at 1908 Clay Street.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and any
necessary documents relating to same to complete the sale of the real property approved in
Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
