A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY'S PLANNING
DEPARTMENT TO SUBMIT FAN APPLICATION FOR A COMMUNITY
INFRASTRUCTURE FUND GIANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,014,500 FROM THE DELTA
REGIONAL AUTHORITY FOR. THE FLOODWALL PUMP STATION #2
REHABILITATION PROJECT %iNl) AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE APPLICATION
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby authorizes the Planning Department to
submit an application for a Community Infrastructure Fund Grant in the amount of $1,014,500
from the Delta Regional Authority for the Floodwall Pump Station #2 Rehabilitation Project. A
mandatory administration cost of $14,500 will be paid to the Purchase Area Development
District.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents related to
the grant application.
SECTION 3. A I0"io match is required from the City and will be provided from
the City's FY2017 budget.
SECTION 4. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
