A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR A REIMBURSEMENT
GRANT IN AN AMOUNT UP TO $20,000.00 THROUGH THE KENTUCKY JUSTICE
CABINET FOR A 2012/2013 LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE FEE GRANT AWARD FOR
THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT TO OPERATE A ONE-YEAR DUI
ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents necessary for a reimbursement grant in an amount up to $20,000.00 through the
Kentucky Justice Cabinet for a 2012/2013 Law Enforcement Service Fee Grant Award for the
Paducah Police Department to operate a one-year DUI Enforcement Program. If grant is
awarded, the required 25% match will be taken from the department's 2012/2013 budget.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
