A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME, TO OBTAIN A
MATCHING GRANT THROUGH THE KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION FOR A
HOME GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $308,000, TO BENEFIT THE FOUNTAIN AVENUE
NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, to obtain a matching grant through the Kentucky Housing
Corporation for a HOME Grant in the amount of $308,000 to benefit the Fountain Avenue
Neighborhood Revitalization Project. The City's local cash match is in the amount of $84,000
and anticipated to come from the Planning Departments FY 2012/2013 Budget.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
