At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at 4:00
p.m., in the front of City Hall located at 300 South 5th Street, Mayor Kaler presided, and upon
call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Gault,
Rhodes, Wilson and Mayor Kaler (4). Commissioner Abraham was absent (1).
The mayor and commissioners met in front of city hall to board the trolley provided by the
Paducah Area Transit System to tour the Fountain Avenue neighborhood. Planning Department
Director Steve Ervin and Community Development Planner Charlie Doherty led the tour.
MOTION
R & F CALLED MEETING NOTICE
Commissioner Gault offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Wilson, that the Notice of
Called Meeting for 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 12, 2016, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Gault, Rhodes, Wilson and Mayor Kaler (4).
Tour was over at approximately 5:00 p.m.
